Here we were called in to fabricate a new bow cushion and to do some repairs on the helm enclosure. What I found is that the bow cushion is in great shape just needs to have the foam replaced and to clean and condition the vinyl. This seemed to be the best option. We will keep you posted on the progress.

Dry Fast Marine Foam. Only the Finest Materials
On this project we will clean and protect the old cover and put in new Dry Fast Foam from Sailrite.
Designed & Cut to Perfection
Once we removed the dirt and mold we then applied some conditioning and UV protection. Note: Mold sticks to dirt not to vinyl, so keep your cushions clean.
Constructed In Our Shop
We have a small sewing room and a large layout area to accomodate any job from chairs to sails.
How It Works
Measurements & Style Consultation
Give us a call, we will come measure and explain the process of what will need to be done. Once completeted we will take our measurements back to the shop and create a materials list and price for you.
Pattern Cutting & Construction
Once approved to go ahead by you, we will order materials, cut the patterns, and start your project. We will keep you informed of the progress and time of completion.
Final Fitting & Installation.
Once we have everything ready to go we will contact you to come and do the final fitting and installation of your project.
